With all the debate over Flock cameras, I thought I'd put together a short roundup of some of the public-facing video cameras in and around Kirksville. There are also dozens of improperly secured, improperly configured home security cameras out there — and one that's broadcasting the inside of a home. I'm reaching out to that person directly.
