For a first claim, you have better options than us, and they're free. Accredited county and state veterans service officers do this work every day, they know the forms and the evidence VA wants, and they charge you nothing. Start with one of them.
If VA decides your claim and the answer is no, or the rating is lower than it should be, come back to us. Bring the decision letter. That conversation is free too.
